About Me

Hi, I’m Ariel and I’m glad you’re here. I am interested in knowing you and your story. I believe in your ability to create deep meaning and change in your life. And last but not least, I truly believe in the therapy experience and what can happen there.

I have a relational style, relying on my intuition, curiosity and experience to build a connection with you and work together on your goals for growth. Every person is different and brings unique strengths and perspectives to the work. It can be challenging to let your guard down, talk about hard things and let others see you at your most vulnerable….But when you do, there is nothing more powerful.

I am passionate about my work and feel strongly about what I do. I feel grateful every time you show up and let me know you.
